Administrative Compensation and Benefits Survey

ALA Headquarters conducts an annual salary and benefits survey. Members should encourage their firms to participate. The more firms that participate, the more meaningful the results. The survey provides salary and benefits information on more than 20 administrative positions. In addition, the survey includes compensation for paralegals and secretaries as well as a benefits section.

Please remember that sharing salary information is subject to anti-trust regulations and may not be exchanged on the chapter's Listserv.
